A Warm Welcome (Finally!) to My First Newsletter 💌

First off, let me say a friendly and heartfelt "hello" and… a little apology. 🙈 This newsletter was meant to reach you a few months ago, but true to form, I procrastinated. (Anyone else a master of overthinking simple tasks?) The good news is: it’s here, and I’m sticking with it. So let’s call today a good sign!

I’ll admit, I built this newsletter up in my head as something really technical and daunting, but putting it together was actually pretty easy and now I’m excited to keep em coming! So, here’s what you can expect going forward:

✨ Stories and updates from my world

🎶 Music releases, gigs, and behind-the-scenes moments

🌿 Tools and tips from my well-being practice

❤️ A little something for everyone

Whether you’re here because of my music, my well-being work, or just curiosity about my (occasionally random) adventures, I want this newsletter to feel valuable—something you look forward to receiving :)

Life Lately

It’s been a whirlwind few months of music conferences, gigs, and travel, and while it’s been amazing, it’s also been… a lot. On either side of these events, I’ve found myself getting ill—which, as a Capricorn who hates taking time off work, hasn’t been fun! (I’m sure many of you can relate to the frustration of being forced to slow down when you just want to keep going.)

Here’s a quick recap of where I’ve been lately:

🎵 WOMEX in Manchester – An international music expo w/incredible global sounds and connections

🎵 Generator Conference in Newcastle – They’re doing great things up there!

🎵 Unconvention in Manchester – Love Manny!

🎵 Output Conference & PRS Talent Development Day in Belfast – And bonus seats at The Northern Ireland Music Prize

Another highlight- I did my first gig in Northern Ireland, in Killyleagh, and it was so special. The people, the people, the PEOPLE—it all reminded me why I love Ireland so much. Being there always feels special, soooo I’m planning a tour of Ireland next year!

These experiences have been wonderful not just for the music but for the people I’ve met. I now have a *very* long list of names and emails that I need to follow up with. I’m excited about where some of these new connections might lead.

Upcoming Intimate Gig

I did promise not to make requests in every newsletter, but I’ve got an event coming up that I need to share with you:

An intimate acoustic evening of songs, stories, and soundscapes

Friday 13th Dec- Doors 7pm: Performing from 7:45pm

The Platform Bar, Bradford (above The Underground)

It’s going to be a cozy winter vibe—a little sanctuary of love for the evening. I’ll be performing songs you might know, some new material, and sharing healing soundscapes I’ve developed over the past nine years on my healing journey. Think of it as a warm hug in musical form, with the goal of you walking out feeling amazing.

If you’re free, I’d love to see you there, you can grab tickets via the button below.

Best wishes 💛

And now, I’m getting back on track - not from guilt or pressure - but because I genuinely want to stay connected with you and share what’s unfolding. 🌸 Spring Energy &...
